Reading is Fundamental

As you know, Congress has excluded funding for Reading is Fundamental in the FY 2011 Federal Budget. http://rif.org/us/about/press/1927.htm

For programs that renew prior to September 30, 2011, RIF is requiring that all invoices be dated no later than December 1, 2011, regardless of delivery and distribution dates.
